We begin tomorrow — last chance to join us

Helping you build trust and connection with your kids.

Hi Reader,

Just a quick, gentle reminder:

Today is the final day to join the Come to Me First Challenge.
Doors close at midnight, and we begin tomorrow.

If you’ve been thinking about it… circling back… opening the page and then getting pulled away — that’s completely normal.

You are carrying so much.
It’s hard to make space for yourself when you’re used to being the one who holds everyone else.

But that’s exactly why this challenge exists.

It gives you four days to breathe, learn, steady yourself, and strengthen the bond that matters most — the one between you and your child.

Here’s what I want you to remember, especially today:

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to have it all together.
You don’t need to already know how to do all of this.

You just need to show up.

And for four short days, I will guide you — gently, clearly, compassionately — through the skills that help your children trust you, talk to you, and turn to you when things get hard.

Inside Come to Me First, you’ll learn how to:

• Create emotional safety without overwhelm
• Build deeper trust, even if you feel like you’ve lost some
• Stay steady through your child’s big emotions
• Open the door to honest conversations
• Strengthen resilience in both you and your kids
• Shift the family atmosphere from tension → connection

And it happens in simple, doable steps.

30 minutes a day.
Live on Zoom.
Replays available.
No pressure — just presence.

If you’ve been feeling the nudge, the ache, the tug…
if you want more connection, more trust, more peace in your home…
if you’re tired of doing this alone…

Then I would love for you to join us before doors close tonight.

COME TO ME FIRST

A 4-Day Challenge to Build the Trust Relationship Your Kids Will Rely On For Life

We start tomorrow morning, and I would be honored to walk beside you as you take this step.

No rush. No guilt.
Just an open door — for a few more hours.

Love,
Carrien
